Routine Matters

Locations I Ship To

- I now ship worldwide! However, due to the new tax changes, EU and UK shipping is now available!

Shipping Carrier

- I currently use the US Postal Service (USPS) to ship my packages. 

Refunds/Returns

- I have a no refund and no return policy. Every product is final sale. Once the item is in the hands of the USPS I am no longer responsible. 

Turnaround Time

- I ask that you give me 1-2 weeks to physically send out your package for domestic and international orders. Once the item is in the hands of the USPS I do not have the ability to expedite the time the package takes to reach you or to change the type of delivery so please allow for appropriate timing for the package to reach you. International shipping can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered during normal circumstances. Please understand that I work a full time job outside of running my business so my processing time allows me to package your order with love and care. 

Extra Costs (for international customers only)

- All extra duties and taxes will be paid by the customer (Deliver Duty Unpaid - DDU). I am not responsible for these extra charges.
